Back to Back Rentals LLC specializes in affordable UWEC and CTVC area Student Rental Property. Back to Back Rentals LLC is a small company that owns and manages all of their Student Rental Properties personally to provide prompt property maintenance and care.
Our goal is to provide quality University Area rental housing to students in the UWEC and CTVC area of Eau Claire. We take pride in offering UWEC and CTVC students off campus housing that is clean, well maintained, and safe. All of our rental units have off-street parking and all have laundry facilities. Plus, rent includes heat, water, garbage service, lawn care and snow removal.
